Game Feel

The concept for The Game is to have a massively multiplayer game that incorporates both first-person view in flying a space going vessel, as well as having the ability to control economic deals in a more structured way. Most of the interaction would be with ship controls (i.e. flying), or a hand-held device to manage assets, emails, personal info, etc.. This will allow both the single person exploration, as well as the details of managing a large operation.

As The Game develops it will expand automatically with the players. Each individual will be able to choose their own unique path. They will start out with a unique character (with a past, personal traits, assets, and connections), and can grow that person from there. They may choose to run a cargo trade ship, or join the military and go on missions, or build a manufacturing empire, or buy a fighting ship and become a pirate. The possibilities will (hopefully) be endless. This is why it is important that the game naturally responds to a player's move. A growing world, a autonomous economy, and many, many computer players ("agents").
